Note: Sleeping cars owned by Pullman and assigned to NYC prior to 1946. Cars sold to NYC in 1946 and leased back to Pullman until July 1, 1958. NYC took over operations of their own sleeping cars July 1, 1958. Cars retired and then sold may have been resold or scrapped after leaving NYC ownership.    Beyond the initial sale from NYC to another railroad or company - I will not attempt to keep track of current locations/ownership of cars that still exist.
