Derailment Report - July 15, 1967 - Waterford   XM-2 engines 5822-7439-5825 reported at 105am while delivering 3 empties to TH&B at Waterford the two west cars CN 662865 all trucks derailed and CN 661435 west trucks derailed at switch to No.1 track foul of TH&B main track. W.S.McMillan notified 500am and truck sent from St.Thomas. CN 661435 rerailed 9am CN 662865 rerailed 10am. Patrolman Duesling reports no track damage and switch OK 1015am. The apparent cause of derailment, switch not properly closed and locked. H.M.Babcock.
