Derailment Report - December 20, 1967 - Leamington   At 1145am Leamington Local engine 5822 engineer Kirkman Conductor McConnell when pulling down main with 6 empties to shove into Heinz at Leamington derailed north truck of engine 5822 and all trucks on car CN 291183. Windsor car department truck and HFP sent from Windsor. T. Pfeiffer and track department men at Leamington. Car CN 291183 rerailed 255pm. Engine 5822 rerailed 430pm and track OK at 805pm. Derailment caused by two east rails turning over on north side No.19 switch. Changed out on rail. WH.M.Babcock
