Payment Options for Canadian Customers:

I can accept personal cheques, money order, online payments at www.paypal.com as well as Visa, Mastercard and American Express ( via online server). Customers attending train shows also have the option of using their debit card at some shows where our debit machine can connect to a wireless server.

Personal cheques and money orders should be made payable to TMR Distributing and mailed to:

Interac Email Money Transfers - send money transfer to sales@tmrdistributing.com

If you have a Canadian bank account and do your banking online - you can transfer money via the internet from your bank account to ours. Follow your banks instructions to send these payments. You will need to email your security question and answer separately for me to accept your payment.

Visa, Mastercard and American Express can be accepted. Visa, Mastercard and American Express payments can be processed in any of the following procedures:

1) Via online secure server - CLICK HERE

2) Via fax. Send the card number, name on card, expiry date, last three digits on the back of the card and your signature to 905-791-9425. Make sure you include details of your order as well.

3 Via email. READ CAREFULLY: Send the FIRST half of your card number and the NAME on the card in an email to sales@tmrdistributing.com. Then in a second email, send the SECOND half of your card number, last three digits on the backside of the card and the expiry date and send this email to sales@canadasouthern.com. Do not use any of the following words in the email: Credit Card, Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Expiry Date or any other words that may be credit card related.

I CANNOT ACCEPT THE GREEN USPS Domestic money orders

- but the USPS pink International ones are fine - nearly all other types of US money orders such as Western Union, bank, money marts, grocery store types are fine)

PLEASE NOTE that postage to Canada from the US is currently 75 cents ( as of May 11, 2009 ). If you send payment using a 42 cent stamp - many times the post office will return it to you - further delaying your order.
