Interesting web site. Given that I am not 'into steam' I found the site a very useful information tool for the steam projects that I undertake for others.

I have started a process to try to save the Fargo to St. Thomas section of the Canada Southern line for use as a walking/cycling trail rather than let it be sold back to the local farmers and lost forever. I am looking for support from CASO enthusiasts who might be able to help with the historical aspects of the reports I will undoubtably be writing. Any volunteers? I can be reached at rgray@ridgetownc.uoguelph.ca

I was directed here by a friend, and was pleased to see so many MCRR freight car photos, only to find they were almost all mine! I did pick up a couple new ones, thanks. Get in touch with me Terry, and I'll give you info on how people can order directly from me.

Just deliighted with your web page. Really enjoying it. My dad was conductor on the NYC and I have lived in St. Thomas all my life. Am a member of the board of the North America Hall of Fame and we are presently restoring the station at a very good rate. Money is coming pretty well. So it is going to be very successful.

Great site. Terrific history. My dad Bill "Topsy" Topolinsky operated his taxi stand from the trolley station on Riverside Drive back in the late 50's, right next to the (then) hospital. I remember taking the trolley as a youngster, living then at Woodlawn and S. Pelham. Great memories here. Lovely work!. Kudos to you.

Nice Site. My gt-grandfather was a blacksmith for MCR in the late 1800s and early 1900s in Fort Erie. Would like to follow him up. Also - do you have any early history on the CSR when it was first built?
